Este filme conta a história de dois amigos, Jerry que trabalha numa sucata, e Mike que trabalha num videoclube especializado em VHS, na era em que o DVD domina.

Após um acidente Jerry fica com radioactividade e apaga involuntariamente todos os VHS’s da loja de Mike.

Para solucionar rapidamente o problema, eles decidem gravar as suas próprias versões de todos os filmes, e aluga-los a toda a gente do bairro.
